Abstract：
中等职业教育作为国民教育体系的重要组成部分，在人才培养中起着关键作用。随着社会的发展我国人才培养模式有了很大改变，学生教育质量不再以学习成绩作为唯一考查标准，加强引导学生进行自主思考以及合作探究，在教学中突出学生的主体地位，帮助学生树立正确的理想信念，正确适应自我，更好的适应学习生活，处理好个人兴趣特长与社会需要的关系，以职业生涯与规划课程为例，依据中职学生的特点和认知基础，对全程式教学的应用实践进行探析。
