Abstract：
目前，我国基层农业技术推广工作还不能满足农业发展的新趋势，诸多农业技术推广机制与农业发展的新要求不匹配，阻碍了一些农业政策的推广与落实，严重影响了农业可持续发展。为此，我们分析了现阶段我国基层农业技术推广工作存在的问题，并从多角度找寻多元化的解决办法，为我国基层农业技术推广部门更好地开展工作提供参考模式和参考方案，以保障我国农业经济的有序发展。
