    Abstract：

    企事业单位的发展离不开单位内部各部门的共同进步。作为单位档案管理部门的工作人员，应在开展工作的过程中不断提高工作能力，分析档案管理工作的目的和发展方向，确保工作的有效性。但就目前情况来看，企事业单位办公档案管理还存在档案管理粗放、信息管理不足、安全意识不足等问题。因此，只有提高管理者的专业水平，创新管理模式，才能真正保障档案管理的发展，为企事业单位的发展提供有力保障。
