随着信息技术的快速发展和医疗体制的不断完善，医院档案管理面临着新的挑战和机遇。传统的纸质档案管理方式已经不能满足现代医院的需求，数字化档案管理模式成了发展的趋势。本文将介绍医院档案管理中档案管理模式改革的必要性，分析医院档案管理中传统档案管理模式的不足，并提出相应的解决方案，本文旨在为医院档案管理模式改革提供一些建议和借鉴。
