    Abstract：

    乡村振兴战略的实施为乡村地区经济、教育、文化等方面带来了伟大的跨越式发展，农村与城市的差距逐渐缩小。尽管如此，相比于整体教育进程而言，部分乡村地区的教育发展仍亟待提高，尤其是乡村小学英语教育。我国悠久的历史孕育了丰富的传统文化，小学阶段是语言学习的黄金时期，也是学生“三观”形成及发展的重要时期。如何将优秀传统文化与小学英语教育融合刻不容缓，笔者认为应该从优化教学条件、师资、教学方法、教学内容等几方面实现此目标。
