    Abstract：

    语文新课程标准明确提及重视学生思维能力发展的要求。习作是学生语文高阶思维的产物，能写出条理清晰、感情真挚的作文才能说是学好了语文。然而目前的习作教学存在着教学效率低、教学质量差等问题。总体来看教师比较重视学生低阶思维能力的培养，而忽视学生高阶思维能力的培养。因此教师要优化自己的教学设计，在考虑学生思维特点的前提下，发展学生的高阶思维，全面推进学生思维能力的提升。
