在幼儿园小班阶段,常遇到难以控制自己情绪的孩子,对集体活动和其他孩子造成困扰,幼儿教师需及时有效地对其进行教导,提高幼儿的情绪调控能力。本文通过对小班情绪控制障碍幼儿的个案研究,分析幼儿情绪失控的原因和表现,针对性地制定个性化干预计划,从而有效提高了幼儿的情绪管理能力。希望对其他幼儿教师的教学工作有借鉴意义。
