Abstract：
作为研究组织中不同层次行为规律的学科，组织行为学具有极强的理论性和应用性。但由于该课程综合运用了多门学科的知识，导致学生的学习适应性较差，学习积极性难以保持。本文从《组织行为学》的课程特征出发，以学生的实践能力和专业素养培养为着力点，分析该课程在工商管理专业本科教学中存在的痛点，并围绕痛点总结推进课程教学改革、提升课程教学质量的整体思路和具体举措，旨在探寻出有益于本校工商管理专业培养的课程教学模式。
