    本文根据对上海两所高职院校艺术类专业和学前教育专业1100余名学生的问卷调查所获得的数据及相关材料，多层次、多角度地分析内地高职院校少数民族思政教育工作的现状及有待改善的环节。从高职院校辅导员的角度探索提升高职院校少数民族学生思政教育工作效果的路径，以期更有效地开展高职院校少数民族思政教育工作。
