    Abstract：

    既有建筑在长时间投入使用的过程中，其安全性能以及抗震性能会随着时间的推移逐渐下降，影响到既有建筑的稳定性与耐久性，为延长建筑的使用年限，强化其安全性能，避免出现房屋安全事故，需要结合建筑的实际情况，采取科学、有效的检测技术，对既有建筑的整体结构展开全方位的检测，根据检测结果制定加固方案，确保既有建筑的安全与抗震性能符合国家有关规范。本文结合某既有建筑工程的实际情况，详细分析了安全与抗震性能的检测方法，并得出了准确、客观的检测结果，以期为相关人员提供参考和借鉴。
