    Abstract：

    将园艺活动与心理健康教育课程相结合，创新生命教育的课堂形式，以“课堂+实践”的教学设计激发学习兴趣，让学生亲近自然，主动参与园艺活动。通过种植等活动，从植物身上获得力量，使学生对生命有更深刻的认识与感悟，提高自身的心理健康水平。基于“四个课堂”的教学实践，证明将园艺融入心理健康教育课程是一种有效的教学方式。
