    Abstract：

    随着我国经济社会快速发展，生活节奏明显加快，高校大学生面临着越来越多的心理压力，抑郁症已经成为威胁当代大学生心理健康的重要精神病症，做好抑郁症的防控疏导，对大学生思想政治教育工作意义重大。本研究从抑郁症个案着手，通过对全过程的回顾和分析，进而提出抑郁症应对策略，以期为大学生心理健康工作提供一些思路。
