Abstract：
面对学习生活多元化、就业竞争形势越来越激烈的大环境，部分中职学生对生活环境和独立生活不适宜，且处于叛逆期的年龄阶段、容易受外界诱惑，辨别是非能力不足等问题，使得中职学生的心理健康问题逐渐成为全社会关注的焦点。因此，开设中等职业学校的心理健康教育课程十分重要，有助于保持学生的心理健康、解决成长中的心理问题，有助于提高学生的心理素质，开发心理潜能，促进自由全面发展。
