Abstract：
随着核心素养教育的推广和实施，初中校本教研在培养学生综合素质和核心素养方面扮演着重要角色。本文以核心素养视域为基础，结合实际情况，对初中校本教研的实践和思考进行研究。通过对某中学的校本教研工作的调查与分析，提出了一系列的解决措施和建议，旨在为相关人员提供参考，推动初中校本教研的发展。
