Abstract：
现阶段基层畜牧兽医工作因受基层经济条件的制约而导致其不能充分发挥应有的作用。当前各种肉制品已经成为人们生活的主要食材，不过近年来也出现了数起肉制品问题，引发了社会的广泛关注，这就更加需要畜牧兽医做好本职工作。整体来看，兽医专业能力虽然得到了提升，但部分地区由于经济因素、管理问题导致兽医队伍中部分人员技能不足、服务意识缺乏，难以在实际岗位中发挥应有作用。
