Abstract：
近年来，我国政府高度重视城市化，大力发展建筑业，具有良好的发展前景。我国自1978年开始实施改革开放以来，整个国家的建筑业建设与发展步伐都有了很大的提高。随着我国国民经济的快速发展和城市化的快速发展，建筑业在其中起着举足轻重的作用。随着施工项目管理的日益激烈，施工企业在施工过程中如何有效地控制施工项目的造价，是目前施工单位面临的一个重要课题。
