Abstract：
随着教育信息化改革的逐渐深入，教师的教学形式也在不断发展和变化，微课因其实用性和可操作性，越来越受被广大青年教师接受，微课作为一种顺应时代而产生的新型网络课程资源，不仅使学生的学习方式发生变化，也使教师的专业发展进入了“微”改革。本文从微课在哪些方面促进教师专业素养成长以及发展策略进行探讨。
