Abstract：
新课改背景下，组织教育教学工作，需要将培育学生的学科核心素养当成重点任务研究，更有效的教学策略，培育学生多方面的学习素养。本篇文章将结合笔者的教学经验，分析高中英语教学工作开展过程中，英语教师应如何培养学生的英语阅读能力，同步提升学生的英语核心素养。希望接下来分享的教学经验，能够给更多英语教师创新教学提供思路。
