积极心理学是教育学生以积极的心理面对学习和生活，在此视角下开展对高中生的心理健康教育，能有效培养学生的积极心理，使其获得快乐幸福的生活感受，保障学生的心理和学习健康发展。作为高中学校的高层领导者与教师，都要认识到积极心理学的重要教育作用，使学生能始终保持积极的心理，朝着正确的学习方向健康成长和学习发展。
