Abstract：
伴随着城市化发展，建筑行业正处于快速发展阶段，建筑工程项目也在不断增多，人们对居住绿色环保性也有了新的要求。因为建筑行业属于高消耗行业，为了能够适应时代发展，人们需求，在项目施工中要秉持绿色施工理念，改变传统的建筑工程施工管理模式，合理利用建筑资源，降低能源消耗，进而也就保护了生态环境，旨在推动建筑行业健康稳定的发展。
