    Abstract：

    由于我国许多小型水库工程防洪标准较低，无法满足使用要求，长期缺乏维护都面临病险水库的威胁。这些水库的问题不仅会对下游居民的生活和财产造成威胁，还会削弱水库的实际价值。如果病险水库位于交通要道、毗邻城镇等地，未能及时采取有效的管护和维护措施，将可能引发严重的后果。就此，本文对病险水库的现状进行了深入的探讨，并给出了有效的加固建议。
