    Abstract：

    2012年国家发布了《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》（GB16171-2012），对炼焦化学工业企业的SO2和NOX排放给出了明确的限值，开始对SO2和NOX的排放进行逐步的和有效的控制。为了满足国家标准要求，贵州盘江电投天能焦化有限公司决定进行技术改造，建设焦炉烟道气脱硫脱硝装置，满足国家对环保的指标要求。该装置建设对改善当地环境空气质量，提高人民群众的生活质量水平有重要意义，同时还可以回收焦炉烟道气经脱硫脱硝装置后所排出的烟气显热，节约能源。
