    多层地下室给人防区域重叠布置带来了可能性，但应根据项目实际情况来判断是否适合采用该方式，应进行平铺和重叠两种布置方案优缺点比较后，选择最优方案，以贯彻“平战结合”方针，实现战备效益、社会效益和经济效益的统一。
