    现代建筑设计中防火与安全疏散设计的重要性较为突出，直接关系到建筑工程项目的消防安全，设计人员应结合建筑具体情况优化布置，以增强项目的消防安全保障性。文章首先介绍了现代建筑防火设计要点，然后又具体探讨了现代建筑安全疏散设计要点，希望具备参考借鉴作用。
