    造价审核是建设项目建设中的一个重要内容，它直接影响到项目的成本，并为以后的建设项目的实施打下了良好的基础。通过实施造价审核，能够及时发现建设建筑工程造价核算过程中出现的问题，并采取相应的措施进行修正、调整，使建筑工程造价得到较精确、详尽的评价，使建筑工程造价得到进一步的提高。
