    本文从高职创业型工匠人才的界定出发，分析高职创业型工匠人才对就业中的动机和目标、技能培养和发展、新职业的探索和学习、职业发展路径选择和践行等方面的影响，分别提出了创新择业思维、提升就业能力、拓宽就业门路、储蓄事业后势的策略，助力他们实现高质量就业，做好高职创业工匠型工匠人才的就业引导，能增强高职毕业生的就业信心，有着示范性的意义和作用。
