Abstract：

为解决泵站工程建设管理过程中存在的问题，本文针对建设管理制度、现场管理组织不完善、安全管理意识不足以及管理人员技术水平不高等内容进行深入研究，分析工程建设管理中的弊端，提出以优化管理制度、完善管理组织等方式，提高水利泵站工程建设管理质量和水平的相关措施，以期为相关人员提供参考。
