    PPP模式即公私合营模式，其因政府参与全过程经营的特点受到国内外广泛关注。该模式下政府与企业建立起风险共担、利益共享、全程合作的关系，能够减少企业投资风险，同时也能减轻政府财政负担。本文中笔者将对基础设施PPP项目的全周期管理要点进行探究。
