    在城镇化建设日益推进的大背景下,市政建设规模在不断扩大,为人民提供了良好的居住空间,为城市经济发展提供了支持.为提高市政项目的建设质量,减少政府的财政投资成本,相关部门需要做好市政工程规划设计阶段的造价控制工作.基于此,本文主要对市政项目规划与设计阶段的造价控制及主要措施进行分析.
