    建筑工程管理当中,工程造价控制在整个经济管理中占据着极为重要的地位.从管理角度来讲,投资估算是设计工作开展的首要前提,只有在建筑施工之前对工程造价投资进行准确科学化的估算,才能够保证建筑工程造价控制在可控范围之内,进而实现经济效益的稳定增长,最大限度上降低国家和建筑行业投资企业在固定投资方面的损失.
