    在人类社会发展进程中,水资源发挥着重要作用.对于水资源而言,水库的建设及运行能发挥良好的保护作用,促进本地区生态环境的可持续发展.当水库管理存在问题时,就会对水库下游住户用水造成一定影响.鉴于以上情况,水库运行管理人员应分析问题成因,积极推行有效的应对措施.
