    Abstract：

    我国经济快速发展的过程中建筑行业起到了极大的助推作用,作为我国经济的支撑性产业,建筑工程类的各项技术在研究与发展中都会获得行业的广泛关注.现阶段我国在建筑工程施工的过程中仍然存在着一些不足,尤其是在防渗漏技术使用上,与其他先进国家相比仍然有较大的发展空间.对此,本文将对建筑工程渗漏情况进行分析概述,并提出重点防渗漏技术的提高建议,以供业界人士参考.
