    Abstract：

    水利水电工程项目建设在很大程度上带动了地区相关产业的发展.在水利水电工程项目建设过程中,很容易出现安全事故,严重影响工程建设和维护管理工作的顺利实施.水利水电工程在实际建设过程中不但需要考虑地质、水文条件等外部环境,综合施工方案设计,明确施工风险,而且要重视内部施工组织管理,加强施工质量控制,根据具体施工作业难度,安全管理,有序执行.现阶段,水利水电工程施工管理方面还存在着很多有待解决的问题,同时相关的施工技术也在持续提升.
