    Abstract：

    随着科学技术的不断发展,人们的物质生活水平上升到一个崭新高度,对物质品质的追求也愈加苛刻.由于我国城市化规模的不断推进,民用建筑施工技术也愈发先进,可采用的结构检测与加固方法也趋于多元化,可以最大限度地确保我国民用建筑结构的稳定性能.本文将详细探讨民用建筑结构中的混凝土结构、砌体结构以及钢结构的检测与加固方法,并对现有的检测技术与加固方法进行简要分析.
