    Abstract：

    工业用地是组成城市用地空间的重要组成部分,随着城市发展模式由粗放式发展向理性发展过度,对规划设计、审批、实施过程中工业用地对城市空间的不利影响越来越得到重视,出现了很多反思声音.特别是在城市工业用地性质对城市空间格局的影响方面,在众多用地性质中,工业类别对其他用地影响最大,需要防护的方面也多.本文主要研究以下两点:如何在源头避免工业用地与其他用地空间上的混乱;就已经形成的混乱现象应该采取怎样的补救措施.
