Abstract：
随着房屋评估方法的完善,室内装饰装修评估也已经纳入房屋评估当中,从最大程度上保障被征收人的权益.但是室内装饰装修具有仅存在使用价值、不存在市场价值的特点,因此使用合理的评估方法是需要研究探讨的关键内容.
