    Abstract：

    市政道路是城市基础建设的基石,市政道路不仅承载着本身的交通功能,道路下排水管网的建设也是将周边散排雨污水纳入城市排水系统的重要举措.海绵城市的理念可用于市政道路工程建设,在确保城市排水防涝安全的前提下,最大限度地实现雨水在城市区域的积存、渗透和净化,促进雨水资源的利用和生态环境保护.
