Abstract：
现阶段,我国在绿色建筑方面取得了一定成就,并在发展过程中制定相应政策法规对绿色建筑发展进行规范.而通过相应调查可知目前我国很多建筑只有在设计阶段可达到绿色建筑标准,大多数建筑未能实现"真正的绿色".针对这样的情况,需要加强绿色建筑的运行管理以及运营检测,以此促进其有效实现"真绿".基于此,本文提出绿色建筑运行管理及运营检测工作的重要,分析目前存在的问题,并制定相应解决策略,以供参考.
