    Abstract：

    本文分析了东北地区村庄生产方式与生活方式的特征及潜质以及村庄现存的产业单一、效率低下、用地粗放等问题.立足东北农村的发展现状,提出集约化建设与发展思路.包括规模化生产组织方式、多元的产业发展方式、可持续的建设模式、壮大村级集体经济等.选取沈阳新民市安坨子村为案例,在生产组织方式、产业发展方式、村庄建设等方面提出发展思路.
