    Abstract：

    近年来我国科技水平的提升,人们对建筑行业的要求也在越来越高.高层住宅建筑防火设计是提升高层建筑安全性和适用性的重中之重,随着高层建筑规模的增大,设计师多关注建筑总体的功能布置、艺术造型、空间利用问题,往往忽视了超高层建筑设计中的安全适用性,导致在发生火灾时难以满足建筑的防灭火要求,造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失.本文就高层住宅建筑防火设计展开探讨.
