    Abstract：

    随着社会经济的不断发展,各行业的生产经营水平有了明显的进步和提升,各行业的电力需求量也随之加大,为了最大化满足各行业的用电需求并避免电力资源在传输过程中的损耗,电力企业应做好配电网自动化规划,通过引入先进的自动化控制设备来对城市电力系统进行智能化监控与管理.因此,本文通过对分析10kV配电自动化系统结构分层,明确配电网正常运行及事故状态下的自动化控制模式,进而对配电自动化的实施建设提供一定的参考和借鉴.
