    目前来说,公路施工工程计量及变更工作日益完善,通过合理计量和科学变更,保障了工程的效益.从工程计量和变更处理发展现状分析,建立健全工作规章制度,切实保障业主与施工方的利益,可避免工程纠纷,促使工程质量与效率得到提高,不过还存在着不足,需要加以优化和完善.
