    Abstract：

    BIM技术在建筑幕墙设计施工与运营维护中有着重要作用,且能够提升工程质量,故而应予以推广.在此之上,本文简要分析了BIM技术的特点,并通过合理构建信息模型、科学制定施工方案、增加屋面板布置美观性、注重施工碰撞复核检查等策略,进一步强化幕墙设计效果,促使整体建筑物呈现良好走势.
