    Abstract：

    近年来随着经济的发展,城市建筑数量呈现爆发式增长.但是在这种情况下,建筑渗漏问题也直接影响着人们的居住感受.尤其是建筑顶楼,对居民的影响更为严重.因此在建筑施工中做好防水防渗漏施工,不仅关系着建筑工程质量与使用寿命;更关系着企业品牌与居民的安居乐业.针对此本文研究中首先分析建筑施工中常见渗漏点及渗漏原因,在此基础上提出建筑施工防水防渗漏施工技术.
