Abstract：
随着我国教育事业的迅速发展,小学阶段的素质教育越来越受到人们的重视,小学语文教学方式也在不断更新.在小学语文教学过程中,语文教师应加大对语文分层教学的重视程度.因为运用分层教学模式,不但能调动学生的学习主动性,而且能提高小学生的语文素养.将这种教学模式应用在小学语文教学中,不仅可以有效满足学生在学习上的需要,同时还有助于培养学生思考问题和解决问题的能力.本文围绕小学语文分层教学的实施策略进行了分析和探讨.
