    随着人类的进步,社会的快速发展,学生教育也在发生着剧烈的变化.在新阶段,教育要更加人性化,更加符合学生的心理和生理特点,做到科学教学.小学生作为祖国的花朵,其教育显得尤为重要.小学数学作为小学生需要的基础学科,教师不仅要注重知识的传授,更要注重其能力的培养.教师不仅要做好教学工作,还要注重培养小学生学习数学的兴趣,更要做好批改学生作业的工作.
