新课改的提出给老师们增加了教学难度,但是教学一定是要跟上时代发展的,不探索新的教学方法就会落后.新形势下,教师要具备新的教学观、学生观、教材观.在日常具体的教学中,教师需要认真做好备课,寻找更有效率的教学新策略.
