    Abstract：

    散打作为中国武术的重要代表之一,主要形式是两人根据一定的比赛规则,运用踢、摔、打等武术技法制服对方的徒手对抗的比赛项目.针对非体育类大学生展开散打竞赛项目能够帮助当代大学生在提升身体素质的同时树立坚定的意志,对培养我国身心全面发展的高素质综合人才具有重要意义.
