    发展绿色施工是应对气候变化、实现节能减排目标、改善人居环境的重要途径.绿色施工工程一直是建筑行业的重要发展方向,对于市政工程项目的施工建设来说,重点关注工程造价成为必须的思考点,只有加强成本控制才能够提高建设效果,而这一切的首要前提是造价预算,这也是论文研究的最终目的.
