    Abstract：

    目前大学生创业意愿高涨,大学生创业活动不断增加,而创业质量偏低的现实情况.本文基于影响大学生创业质量因素的分析,提出提升大学生创业质量的对策,主要从宏观、微观两个层面.宏观包括政府政策的完善与落实,以及平衡区域性投资;微观包括高校和创业者与团队两个层面,高校不仅要注重对大学生创业创新精神的培养,而且要通过校企合作,校银合作,构建大学生互联网征信系统,激励导师团队参与的积极性;个人要注重创业技能与创业素质的提升与培养,提高员工及顾客满意度,提升创业质量.
